The Service operates through integrations with Meta's official APIs and is subject to Meta's terms and policies.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You have the legal authority to bind yourself to these terms
- All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current
- You own or have authorized management of any Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts you connect to this Service
- You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish content through the connected accounts
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content, images, videos, captions, hashtags, and other materials you create or publish through the Service
- Ensuring you have legal ownership, copyright, and publishing rights for all content
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access
- Not allowing unauthorized third parties to use your account
- Ensuring your content complies with Facebook and Instagram Community Standards and Meta's Policies
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Post content that violates any laws or regulations

5. Content Moderation and Removal

6. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if:

- You violate applicable laws or Meta's policies
- We detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account
- You engage in abusive behavior toward our support team
- Your connected social media accounts are restricted or suspended by Meta
- We have reason to believe you are using the Service for illegal purposes
Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, though we may retain your data as required by law or these terms.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available".
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

We are not responsible for:

- Restrictions or suspensions imposed by Meta
- Policies, decisions, or actions taken by Meta or other third parties
